The Auction Catalog is set up for "max bid" style, so be sure to get your max bids in on items of interest so you don't have to scramble, as much, as auctions close to secure your favorite items! Whether in-person at the Gala or an arm-chair supporter in the comfort of your home this year, everyone can participate. 

We will have a virtual, pre-Live Event show, streaming at 5pm with entertainment, tech tips, and some general catch-up on what's been going on at Madrone this year! The content is pre-recorded so you can start it anytime. We will transition to the Live feed at theGala at 7pm!

Max Bids are similar to ebay-style bidding:

• Bidders specify the highest amount they are willing to pay for an item.

• The system will automatically place bids on their behalf, against other bidders, up to their maximum bid.

• Automated bids are placed at the current minimum bid amount, plus the minimum raise increment allowed.

Note: Buy Now prices allow a bidder to pay a premium price to bypass the bidding process and claim an item.

• Living Wreath Sales open now and close October 23RD 10AM.

• Emerald Auction:  October 6th 4PM through October 9th 6:15PM

• Gold Auction:  October 6th 4PM through October 9th 6:30PM

• Wreath Contest Voting:  October 8th 10AM through October 9th 7:00PM

• Live Auction:  October 9th 7:00PM through 8:30PM
