The Gala is almost here!  We are excited to welcome new and returning guests to McMenamins Hotel, Bothell, for the Madrone School 6th Annual Gala on November 4, 2023! This is such a special opportunity to bring our school community and supporters together to celebrate all things Madrone. 

Ticketed Guests please check your email for your personalized, advance check-in invitation to avoid the registration queue on the night. 

The Silent Auction will OPEN online Monday October 30th at 5pm. Online bidding will remain open until noon on Friday November 3rd before pausing and reopening by paper bid sheets for the Gala on Saturday November 4th. 

Need to know for Saturday: 

• Doors open at 5p
• Guests arriving before 5.45p will receive a complimentary glass of champagne
• The evening includes a silent auction, raffle, and live auction
• The silent auctions close at 6.15p and 6.40p
• Dinner service will begin at 6.45p 
• Attire ranges from smart casual to cocktail 

Overflow parking options include Pop Keeney Stadium and the City Hall parking garage:

• Pop Keeney Stadium located west of the parking lot but there is a game starting at 6pm so stadium parking may be very limited.Entrance is off NE 188th St. 
• City Hall Garage on floors P2 (limited to designated stalls) and P3 (all stalls). The City Hall Garage closes at midnight and does not allow overnight parking. City Hall Garage access is available from either 183rd or 185th streets.
